Installation conditions:

U-shaped track:

• The slot width on the lower surface of the track is less than or equal to 15mm. The distance from the upper surface of the bottom of the lifting ring to the bottom surface of the guide rail: 3-32mm. The thickness of the lifting ring does not exceed 5mm.
• In addition to straight tracks, curtain controllers also support arc-shaped tracks
• For special-shaped tracks, the conditions that need to be met at the turn are: the distance from the starting point of the turn to the corresponding wall in the opposite direction of the arc tangent is greater than or equal to 25cm
• Special-shaped tracks with bends are not supported

T-shaped track:

• The T-shaped track needs to ensure that the front is flat, the distance from the upper surface of the bottom of the lifting ring hook to the bottom of the guide rail is 3-32mm, and the thickness of the lifting ring does not exceed 5mm
• In addition to straight tracks, curtain controllers also support arc-shaped tracks

Installation Precautions:

• To ensure the installation effect, please wipe the track surface clean before installing the curtain controller
• After the curtain controller is installed, you can set up smart controls such as timing light/temperature closing of the curtains in Tuya Smart or Smart Life app. If you need to use light to control the closing of the curtains, please face the window and install the curtain controller on the side close to the window. In order to ensure the light sensor effect, please ensure that there is no opaque obstruction in front of the light sensor
• If you want to use a curtain controller to control dual-track curtains at the same time, you need to install curtain controllers for the front and rear curtains respectively, and the distance between the front edges of the front and rear rails must be greater than or equal to 5mm. If the distance between the front and rear tracks is less than 5mm, there may be mutual interference during opening and closing of the curtains
• It is not recommended to install curtain controllers on older tracks. Due to the aging of the tracks or rings, the material is fragile and may cause the curtains to fall off or fall
• If the height of the curtain itself is too high and the curtain fabric drags to the bottom, to ensure the product experience, please roll up the lower edge of the curtain until it is no longer in contact with the bottom
