The Origin of TVCMALL’s Slogan

Over the past 10 years, in keeping with the trends of the times, TVCMALL has developed rapidly in the business of cross-border trading. However, we have yet to define some key elements of our identity: Who exactly are we? What exactly does TVCMALL do? (Do we simply sell products, or do we provide something more?) Where is TVCMALL headed in the future? Without defining the answers to these essential questions, TVCMALL’s potential growth and development are limited, as is the potential growth and development of its employees.

As time has passed, our customer-centric approach has become ingrained in how TVCMALL operates, and identifying the needs of our customers has become a vital starting point for TVCMALL’s breakthrough. There is a well-known adage in the world of marketing: “Don’t give people what they want, give them what they need.” If you strive only to give customers what they want, you will find you’ll never be able to satisfy them.

 

The individuals invested in TVCMALL can be broken into three primary tiers: the innermost circle consists of our customers and employees, the second tier consists of our business partners, and the third tier consists of profit-related stakeholders. After analyzing the fundamental needs of all the interested parties, we’ve identified a shared common need among them: to thrive (to grow and flourish personally, in the business sense, or both). To truly thrive, our customers, employees, business partners, and stakeholders need a partner who understands their needs, provides encouragement, and offers comprehensive support on their journey towards a thriving life and/or business. Hence, the core root of TVCMALL’s existence and the WHY behind it all is to “help them thrive.”

 

 

Over the past ten plus years, TVCMALL has provided products that meet our customers’ needs, advanced and built upon our services, and positioned ourselves as a one-stop online store for product wholesale, sourcing, and customization. From the beginning, we’ve not only been helping our customers thrive, but we’ve simultaneously been boosting our employees, partners, stakeholders, and TVCMALL’s business itself. In other words, we’ve been thriving together. And while we had never summarized our holistic business approach with a slogan in the past, it suddenly became clear to me that “Together we thrive” is the cultural spirit we’ve always pursued at TVCMALL. It is the TVCMALL slogan we have been looking for.

 

In an era consisting of major changes unseen in a century, it’s hard to deny that we live in a world full of conflict, contradiction, confrontation, and suspicion among countries, organizations, teams, and individuals - between desire and reality, between the big self and the small self. In such a world, a “win-win” approach to cooperation can combat such issues. “Together we thrive” is not just a message, but a tool to implement change. When more people choose to help each other thrive, the friction between individuals, organizations, and countries will be drastically reduced, and the world will become more harmonious, which is what the vast majority hopes for.

 

As Henry Ford famously said, “A business that makes nothing but money is a poor business.” TVCMALL’s mission is not just to earn profits, but also to realize the idea of “Together we thrive” through our day-to-day actions and operations. “Together we thrive” is not only the core belief and moral compass that guides our team members, it is also the beacon of light that helps us realize deeper individual and organizational values.
