Operation:

• 1. Hold handle then pull plunger up and out of the pot

• 2. Put the desired amount of coarse ground coffee (1 tablespoon is to 4-ounce cup)

• 3. Slowly pour hot water (about 95ºC) into the pot. Make sure to leave at least 1-inch of space at the top to avoid spilling

• 4. Slightly and evenly stir with a spoon (plastic spoon recommended to avoid scratching, chipping or breaking of the glass)

• 5. After 2-3 minutes, put plunger on top of the pot (lid must face the spout opening to close off the spout)

• 6. Wait for the coffee to brew for at least 4 minutes (do not press the plunger down)

• 7. Hold the handle firmly, apply a slight pressure on top and slowly push the plunger down

• 8. Slowly pour coffee in the cup, and enjoy your coffee
